Trinity Group Rallies Behind Children's Hospital
Long-term hospitality operators, Trinity Group, are leading the charge of a list of Wellington businesses rallying behind a Wellington Children's Hospital fundraiser.
The Directors of Trinity Group and their partners DB, rallied behind the Children's Hospital Redevelopment Appeal with a very special Black Tie dinner and auction held at Wellington's Premier Bar and Function Centre "the Temperance" in Blair Street last night.
Trinity Group donated its staff and venue, The Temperance, for the very special black tie charity dinner and auction.
It was an exceptional night for the Wellington business community to get out and enjoy great food, wines, music, dancing and an auction. All in aid of a worthy cause.
Thousands of Sick Kids have been patients at Wellington Children's Hospital since it opened in 1912. Now the Children's Hospital is to undergo a major redevelopment and together with the support of the community we can raise the funds needed to make the hospital that very special place for all Sick Kids.
The dinner was attended by several high profile dignitaries and sports personalities including the Hurricanes rugby team and Wellington Mayor Kerry Predergast. Nick Tansley who has a long association with Wellington Children's Hospital, emceed the event which included a comedy routine by Mike King.
