Royal New Zealand Ballet Visit

Principal dancers from Royal New Zealand Ballet's latest show The Nutcracker graced the halls of Wellington Children’s Hospital yesterday.

For families that have been in the hospital for several days the visit was a welcome distraction from day to day life in the hospital.

Our own Charge Nurse Manager, Cathy Gibson, was delighted to meet The Matron performed by Sir John Trimmer.

We are very thankful to the Royal New Zealand Ballet and dancers for taking the time to visit our kids and Meridian Energy, national sponsors of the ballet, for donating tickets so patients can see the show.
