Final Lions Visit of the Season

The Vodafone Wellington Lions made their final visit to Wellington Children's Hospital for the 2011 season today.

Children in the wards have been treated to visits by the players every week during the 2011 ITM Cup season.  Children and their families have been delighted to meet some of their favourite rugby players and challenge the players to XBox games.

The visits have become a long standing tradition since the children's hospital became the official charity for the team in 2008.
